Module 05 — Sticky Card Stack

Cards stack on top of each other as you scroll

Each card pins in place, then the next one slides over it. Creates a physical sense of layers building up — like dealing cards onto a table.

Our process
Step 01

Discovery

We sit with you for a full day. No slides, no pitches. Just questions. We need to understand your customers, your constraints, and where the real opportunity is before we touch a single pixel.

Step 02

Architecture

Information architecture, user flows, and wireframes. We map every screen, every edge case, every error state. The structure has to be right before we add a drop of colour.

Step 03

Visual design

Moodboards, type pairings, and a component library built to scale. We design in the browser, not in Figma. What you review is what ships.

Step 04

Development

TypeScript, server components, edge-deployed. Every interaction is hardware-accelerated, every image is optimised, every route is pre-rendered. Performance is a feature.

Step 05

Launch and iterate

We don't disappear after launch. Analytics, heatmaps, and fortnightly sprints. The first version is the starting line, not the finish.

Why it works

Physical weight creates trust

Each card landing on the stack feels substantial — like turning pages in a book. The visitor processes one idea at a time instead of skimming past a wall of text. Agency process sections, pricing tiers, and case study timelines all benefit from this pattern. Pure CSS sticky positioning — no JavaScript required for the core effect.
